Frequently asked questions
Do all plans include the same benefits?
Yes. All current Alipay and Waffo monthly and annual plans include the option to hide the search box. Plans differ in price, membership period, and renewal method.
How do I turn off auto-renewal?
Alipay plans do not renew automatically. For Waffo plans, open Settings → General → Membership in MONKNOW New Tab, then open Membership Status → Auto-renewal Management and select Cancel Auto-renewal. You can also email help@monknow.com from your account email. Once we confirm your request, auto-renewal will be canceled immediately, and we will email you confirmation within ten minutes. Your current benefits remain available until the end of the period.
Why are USD and CNY prices different?
USD pricing reflects the network service costs needed to support access for users outside mainland China, as well as differences in payment processing fees.
