Frequently asked questions
Do all plans include the same benefits?
Yes. All current monthly and annual plans include the same member benefits, regardless of payment provider. Plans differ in price, membership period, and renewal method.
How do I turn off auto-renewal?
Alipay plans do not renew automatically. For Waffo Pancake plans, open Settings → General → Membership in MONKNOW New Tab, then open Membership Status → Auto-renewal Management and select Cancel Auto-renewal. You can also email help@monknow.com from your account email. Once we confirm your request, auto-renewal will be canceled immediately, and we will email you confirmation within ten minutes. Your current benefits remain available until the end of the period.
Why are USD and CNY prices different?
USD payments and Alipay have different fee structures. Waffo Pancake charges a fixed fee per transaction in addition to a percentage fee, so fees account for a larger share of smaller payments. Our pricing takes these differences into account. All plans include the same member benefits.
