2. Personal Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account information, such as your name, email address, password, and account settings.
- Payment information, such as transaction amount and payment status. We do not store full card numbers; card data is processed by our third-party payment processor.

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically
- Device and network information, such as IP address, device model, operating system, browser type, and time zone.
- Usage data, such as pages visited, feature usage, activity logs, and session duration.

- Approximate location derived from your public IP address for weather services. We do not use precise location tracking.
2.3 Browser Extension Access
The extension only accesses information required for a feature and only through permissions granted by your browser. Optional permissions are requested only when you enable the related feature.

Payment card data is processed by the applicable Payment Provider and is not stored on MONKNOW servers.

6. Data Security
- Encryption in transit using TLS / HTTPS.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a security incident affects your rights, we will notify you and relevant authorities within the timeframe required by applicable law.
